Any and all information you choose to share with me stays with me. I never ever sell your email address to anyone for any reason, nor do I share it with anyone without notifying you first. I HATE spam, and have never used any sort of email campaign in nearly 8 years of doing business on the Internet nor will I ever do so in the future. In short, I treat your private information the way I want my information treated - respected and guarded.
Instead of having you transmit your information via the Internet, I have chosen to use PayPal for all payments. You can use a credit card or check with them, and I never get your financial information. I am merely notified that you have made a payment. I prefer it personally because it has had a great track record. Secondly, PayPal does offer you some buyer protection, though I prefer that you contact me directly for any problems first. Please check their website for their guarantee. If this really bothers you, email me and we will work something out. My email address is at the bottom of every page.
Next to your privacy, your satisfaction is extremely important. I have tried hard to illustrate and describe each leaflet and magazine to the best of my abilities. If you have questions, please ask before ordering. I will be more than happy to work with you before the purchase is made! Of course, I will work with you after the sale, but that pretty much goes without saying. If you ordered a leaflet and don't like it, contact me, and we will work something out. ALL leaflets, kits, and magazines advertised on this site are originals. Most are from my personal stash. I DO NOT EVER SELL COPIES!
I have had several emails lately asking me if I would accept a different amount for my leaflets, or if the prices quoted include shipping. I have tried to price my leaflets so that they are fair to everyone. Hard to believe but most of what I have listed came from my personal stash and I paid the list price. My usual pricing strategy is about half of the original price. Some leaflets that are in poor condition are less, and some that are hard to find or in outstanding condition are a bit more. I just went through and changed added a small amount to each leaflet for shipping and handling. Now, what you see is what you will get, with nothing else added.
I do update this site as often as needed. That means after each sale if at all possible. There have been times that an order has been placed for a leaflet that has already been sold. In that case, I will honor the oldest communication about the leaflet in question. If you email me and ask if something is in stock, I consider that leaflet to be held for you for 24 hours. If another order comes in before you have made your purchase, I will contact you first and let you know. It isn't that I am trying to pressure you, just to see what direction you want to take. Much of my collection is out of print, or very difficult to find now. I did a lot of collecting in the mid 80's and early 90's.
I no longer accept International orders. The cost of shipping is but one factor. I do live in a rural area that has limited postal facilities. Part of this means I can't always ship my packages out daily like I used to. To keep the costs low, I have decided this is not something I wish to offer everyone. If I have dealt with you in the past, or you are in one of my newsgroups, by all means, drop me a line and we will work something out!!
Also, because I live outside the major cities, US Mail seems to take longer to get anywhere! Please do understand this. If you place an order on a Wednesday, and I can't get to the post office until Saturday (quite normal as the closest post office to my job is 12 miles away!), it will not be there on Monday! I will make every effort to get your leaflets to you quickly. Average time to receive can be 8-10 working days, sadly.
